We are approaching the end of the Mixpanel pilot implementations in Greenpeace International and Greenpeace Brasil and preparing for the upcoming rollout to other NROs. We have already learned a lot, and we are finalizing a set of documentations, guides and templates that will be used in the next phase.

Here's the Implementation Rollout plan with more details on the rollout objectives, project phases, roles and resources needed from each NRO. In this document you will also find information about cost, recharges and the template MoU.

The plan is to implement 4 NROs in the first wave (April-June) and 5 NROs in the second wave (July-September).
